By using my site you accept these terms.

By using my site, you confirm you accept these terms of use and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use my site. Please read the terms carefully before you submit your order to me.

1. Information about me and how to contact me

I am Scar, a freelance illustrator & artist. This is my personal site where I sell my own products designed by me. Screen prints are printed by Night Swim in USA.

I may contact you through email if there is a problem with your order.

2. My products

Products may vary slightly from attached pictures. Images on the website is for illustrative purposes to provide you the potential visual of posted product. The physical print of the product may vary slightly from the images, this is to be expected.

3. My rights to make changes

If I need to make significant changes to these terms or products for which you have placed an order, I will notify you and give you the opportunity to contact me to end the agreement and receive a full refund before the changes take effect.

4. Price & Payment

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All sales are final for screen prints as those are limited edition and cannot be re-printed again due to the nature of how screen printing works. If there is an issue with your screen print, unfortunately because it is a limited edition print, no other copies are made and can be resent. I do my best to ensure the packaging is safe for the prints. If there is an issue with your order, contact me using the contact form.

Delivery costs are displayed to you on the website when you input your address during checkout.

5. My responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you.

I am responsible to you for foreseeable loss & damage caused by me. However, I am not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Foreseeable is if either it is obvious it will happen or if at time the agreement was made, you and I knew it might happen; ie if you discussed it with me during the sales process.

I am not liable for business losses. All products are made for personal use. If products are used for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, I will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. 

6. Providing Products & Shipping

All orders ship from USA.

Please allow me 3-7 business days to pack and ship your order(s). Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

ALL SHIPPING INCLUDES INSURANCE AND TRACKING

Shipping costs vary depending on size of product and where the produce is shipping to. I charge at a flat rate and this is varies product to product. For domestic (USA), costs will be cheaper vs shipping internationally or to Canada.

A tracking number will be provided once shipped. I suggest using parcelsapp if you are an international customer.

I use USPS to ship all my products.

18x24 prints will be rolled and shipped in a 3" x 24" tube. The print will be wrapped and protected.

Important to note:

I am not responsible for any delays outside my control.

If you are not home when the product is delivered, please work with your courrier to either pick it up at their shipping warehouse or reschedule a re-delivery through them. This is outside my control as well and I am not responsible for.

You become responsible for the product once the product leaves my hands at the shipping facility.

You own the goods once I have received payment in full.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final for screen prints as those are limited edition and cannot be printed again due to the nature of how screen printing works. If there is an issue with your screen print, unfortunately because it is a limited edition print, no other copies are made and can be resent. I do my best to ensure the packaging is safe for the prints. If there is an issue with your order, contact me using the contact form.

Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order and also make sure you have your suite/apt number as well; this will be the address I use to ship to. If it is the wrong address, you may be able to intercept the package or email me to intercept it for you if it has to be done by sender. I can't guarantee a successful interception for international orders.

If I am unable to accept your order, I will inform you by email and issue you a refund. This might be because a product is out of stock or other unplanned circumstances or events, an error in pricing or description of the product.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Non-US customers may be subject to customs fees & duties, and charged by their country's customs department.

I will fill out the customs form to the best of my ability, however, I will not be held responsible for any customs fees that may incur. If a print is returned to me due to unpaid custom fees, I will issue a refund for the product, minus shipping if the package arrives undamaged.
