I'm a German-American artist, living in Colorado. At first, I kept my art to myself, shy to even show it, but over time I made my Scar alias and started sharing it.

In 2024, I started my art journey while going through a challenging time. My career in games came to a halt, and instead I decided to explore art again and reconnect with myself. I noticed not only did my art style suffer, I had to relearn things again - I have not drawn anything since 2020 since I was so focused on my career. But, revisiting everything, relearning my style, helped me find joy in my work again. And what also brings me joy is seeing others enjoy my work too!

The 'Darling' Screen Print is just the beginning to many more. I discovered not only an amazing studio to work with, but finding that drive to create more posters like this one. I used to screen print in 2013 at my former university and found it to be a lot of fun. This was something I wanted to explore again.
